Booking Process
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Book A Camp reserves the right to cancel a booking if the customer fails to provide accurate information or if payment is not received in full.
Payment and Refunds
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using [accepted payment methods].
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations made [Displayed on individual Campsite] days or more before the check-in date: A full refund.
Cancellations made within [Displayed on Individual Campsite] days of the check-in date: Non-refundable.
Book A Camp is not responsible for any refunds due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
All Refund will be credited to the Source Account in 7 to 10 Days
Campsite Rules and Regulations
Customers must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Book A Camp and local authorities.
Prohibited activities may include but are not limited to: Open fires other than bonfires in the specified place, pets (According to campsite rules), noise disturbances, Alcohol consumption, Harming nature and natural resources.
Book A Camp reserves the right to terminate a booking if a customer violates any rules or regulations.
Liability
Book A Camp is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur on the campsite.
Customers assume all risks associated with their stay at the campsite.
Indemnification Customers agree to indemnify and hold Book A Camp harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the Website or their stay at the campsite.
Force Majeure Book A Camp shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, U.P, India.
